Job Summary
As Planner for a major terminal expansion program at Maasvlakte II, you will own and manage the integrated master schedule across Civil, Equipment, IT/OT, commissioning, and ramp-up activities, ensuring alignment with engineering, construction, procurement, commissioning, and operational readiness within a complex multi-contractor environment. You will develop baseline and re-baseline schedules, perform delay analysis and time impact analysis, conduct scenario planning, review contractor and supplier schedules, track procurement timelines, and coordinate interfaces across internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain schedule integrity and ensure timely project delivery. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to drive project objectives, with a focus on delivering value through rigorous scheduling and risk management using Primavera P6.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
- 7+ years of experience in planning or project controls within large-scale infrastructure or heavy industry projects
- Proven experience with integrated scheduling, re-baselining, delay analysis, and recovery planning
- Strong experience in multi-contractor and multi-package project environments with complex dependency management
- Proficiency in Primavera P6
- Strong analytical capability in schedule planning and scenario modelling
