Job Summary
Prepare and plan all instrumentation-related work within Turnarounds, including creating and evaluating work packages with budgeting, scheduling, and resource requirements. Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Maintenance, and contractors to ensure tasks execute safely, on time, and within budget. Determine scope, identify risks, and report progress to the TAR Lead while assessing third-party submissions against cost and schedule. Adhere to safety, environmental, and health regulations and submit process improvement suggestions. During peak periods, manage contractors and serve as the primary contact for external parties.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare positie als werkvoorbereider, planner of coordinator
- Proactieve houding en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
- Ervaring met het opstellen van kostenramingen, planningen en resourceplannen
- Kennis van Instrumentatie techniek en ervaring met alle fases van werkvoorbereiding
- Ervaring met Excel, SAP en turnaround‐software, waaronder Cleopatra of gelijkwaardige applicaties
- Sterke communicatievaardigheden
- Je voelt je thuis in het veld en kent de dynamiek van een Turnaround organisatie

- Ervaring met werken volgens strikte veiligheidsstandaarden
