Planner II (Specialist Integrated Planning)

Job Summary
Coordinate material planning, production schedules, and contractual logistics to ensure operational execution aligns with program and customer requirements. Analyze demand signals, forecasts, and historical data to determine material needs, prepare purchase requisitions, and manage inventory levels while minimizing cost. Develop integrated schedules, monitor progress, and advise program management on hardware status, material availability, and production problems. Interface continuously with engineering, manufacturing, and subcontract teams to coordinate material movement, expedite shipments, and ensure compliance with DFAR and AS9100 requirements. Work flexible hours and overtime as needed, including occasional weekends, within a professional office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Business or Technical Degree in a closely related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years' experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, Supply Chain or related functions
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years' experience with MRP and ERP systems
- Experience in Aerospace/Aviation Production Planning, Material Planning, Manufacturing or Simulation environment
- Experience with DFAR, MMAS, and AS9100 compliance
- Must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must possess strong prioritization (multitask) & organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks and groups simultaneously
- Must possess proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs
- Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role
- Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed, including occasional weekends
