Job Summary
Plan and schedule production activities in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment using RapidResponse (Kinaxis) and SAP to align with demand forecasts and capacity constraints. Develop and maintain production plans, manage demand fluctuations, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to optimize flow. Create and manage production orders, monitor performance against plan, and drive corrective actions. Utilize advanced Excel for data analysis and tool development; communicate schedules, risks, and recovery plans to internal and external stakeholders. Support continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to safety, quality, and security procedures. On-site at the Memphis, TN facility with cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery and efficient operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or a similar role
- Experience in manufacturing strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and demand management principles
- Hands-on experience with RapidResponse (Kinaxis)
- Proficiency in SAP Production module
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and execution
Desired Qualifications
