Job Summary
Lead workload activities of the assigned department by planning, scheduling, measuring, and analyzing maintenance activities. Collaborate with site supervisors for scheduling, managing information systems, and monitoring planned schedules. Responsible for forecasting maintenance processes, mentoring lower-level planners, and developing workflows for production shutdowns. Maintain integrity in management systems (SAP), prepare scopes of work, initiate part requests, and assist with budget management. Generate reports for performance metrics and ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED and six (6) years specific experience in field maintenance in mining/mfg or industrial operations or six (6) years specific Planning experience in field maintenance in either mining/manufacturing or industrial operations
- High School diploma or GED and six (6) years related field maintenance experience in mining/mfg. or industrial operations including four (4) years of specific Planning experience
- Associates in a technical field and four (4) years related experience in field maintenance in mining/mfg. or industrial operations
- Bachelor's degree in technical field and two (2) years related experience in field maintenance in mining/mfg. or industrial operations
- Understanding of concepts and workflow of Maintenance Planning/Scheduling
- Understanding of mining and/or processing equipment function
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated working knowledge of maintenance management systems and associated applications
- Demonstrated professional/effective written and oral communications skills

- Candidates must pass all required training and/or testing
- Employees may be required to work a non-standard schedule, which may include shift work (other than day shift) at a 24/7, 365-day operation
