Job Summary
Maintain SAP Production Order releases to ensure on-time material delivery to manufacturing and engineering, adjusting requirements to align with production commits and BOM compliance. Perform pre-shortage analysis to increase material availability at PO release time, conduct work order variance analysis, and review MRP execution for accuracy. Collaborate with MFG and ENG to solve material problems for assemblies in WIP, attend production meetings to provide status on shortage commit dates, and manage inventory in a SLOC to meet velocity requirements. Follow BKM and QMS documentation for material allocation, DMR/MRB replacement, and RTS processes. This Planner II role supports the global leader in materials science and engineering solutions at the foundation of the electronics industry.
