Planner I, Maintenance / Day Shift

Plan and schedule preventive and predictive maintenance throughout the facility using RCM to avoid unplanned downtime. Generate and assign work orders for preventive, inspection, emergency, and corrective tasks. Attend daily production meetings to report equipment issues and create standard operating procedures for uniform quality and reduced changeover times. Train personnel on behavioral-based safety, PPE, and LOTO while coordinating vendor contractors for facility maintenance. Issue purchasing orders for parts and repairs, communicating with operations to schedule major overhauls. Assist the Maintenance Director with internal and external audits for GMP, food safety, and fire safety. Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PLZ produces over 2,500 aerosol and liquid products across the continent, prioritizing health, safety, and employee development.
