Planner I - (B1)

Planner I responsible for planning activities including production control, inventory control, process control or shop floor control/MRP integrity; maintains SAP order release schedules to ensure on-time material delivery; performs pre-shortage analysis, variance analysis of work orders, may train lower-level personnel; reviews MRP execution, reconciles supply and demand, validates master scheduling requirements; coordinates with buyers/planners on materials affected by engineering changes; processes ECOs and ECRs, conducts floor audits, audits WIP and inventory, participates in production meetings, adjusts lead times on the shop floor, analyzes usage data and inventory levels to satisfy service levels, and may set up or modify inventory systems and assign expediting duties; demonstrates knowledge of planning processes, business integration and leadership in small projects.
