Job Summary
Material Planner I for 1st shift at Eaton's South Milwaukee, WI site. Responsible for day-to-day communication of material availability, production planning, order availability, inventory integrity, and SAP module usage within the department; supports daily order conversions, releases, MRP date movements, and replenishment strategies; collaborates with Leads/Supervisors and Buyer team to resolve shortages; develops expertise in SAP modules and department processes to ensure timely releases and healthy order backlogs; involves coordination with multiple production and planning functions to maintain material flow and accurate production plans.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Manufacturing environment and/or Supply Chain role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office products.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without out company sponsorship, now or in the future.
