Planner

Oversee capacity-to-demand and inventory planning for near-term and long-term forecasts through analysis of demand, raw materials, WIP, and finished goods; develop forecast production plans and manage replenishment while coordinating with Supply Chain, Operations, Maintenance, and other facilities. Create efficient equipment schedules for 24/7 manufacturing, monitor customer demand and inventory levels, and initiate resupply and production orders. Maintain and analyze forecast production plans, provide staffing guidance and prioritize equipment needs, and coordinate real-time information with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehousing to ensure on-time shipments. Promote proficient use of Oracle, BPCS, Transition Works, Logility, Excel, and Access; ensure material availability for scheduled work; participate in SQF and Food Safety Programs and support housekeeping. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Access or Query writing is a plus; strong attention to detail and communication skills; manufacturing environment exposure; minimum secondary education with a bachelor’s degree a plus.
