Job Summary
Plan and maintain detailed project schedules for offshore wind development using Primavera P6; collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams; perform schedule performance analysis, deviation handling, and corrective actions; produce dashboards, critical path analyses, look-ahead schedules, and resource/cost-loaded plans; integrate data from subcontractors and internal teams to maintain a fully aligned master schedule; participate in project meetings to discuss programme risks, opportunities, and mitigation measures; ensure schedule governance with contractual requirements and client expectations; support change management processes by assessing time impacts and maintaining documentation; contribute to planning strategy and continuous improvement across the project controls function.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Planner within offshore wind, renewable energy, heavy engineering, or major infrastructure projects.
- Strong capability with Primavera P6 (essential).
- Understanding of project controls principles including scheduling, progress measurement, earned value, and risk awareness.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, construction sequences, and technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present complex schedule information clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proactive approach to problem solving.
