Job Summary
Plan, organize, and control the flow of production parts to support scheduling for established customer commitments. Process timely shop order releases, define and adjust planning based on process or demand changes, and maintain weekly/monthly production schedules while executing MRP cycles. Generate and respond to ERP/MRP reporting to ensure intact schedules for the shop floor and procurement. Communicate potential schedule impacts, lead times, and material shortages to internal departments and escalate issues to the Business Manager. Provide professional customer service by responding to inquiries and managing change orders.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Operations
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Must be reliable
- Must have excellent attendance
Desired Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Operations preferred
- Experience utilizing an ERP/MRP system, Epicor Vantage, or SAP preferred
