Planner - Customer Order

Job Summary
Order Planning / Order Management responsibilities include liaising with customers on orders loading and fulfillment, coordinating with internal and external parties, contributing to the Supply Availability Dashboard, reviewing materials and capacity with VS-LOP planners, driving backlog reduction with recovery plans, tracking demand trends and forecast accuracy for inventory control, validating forecasts with regions, driving midterm forecast in the system for resource planning, preparing weekly order lists, tracking daily production vs. schedule, prioritizing sales orders, coordinating with shipping on urgent FG shipments, leading Supply Validation meetings, and collaborating with project teams on new ramp-ups and master data setup. The role also covers monitoring forecast and order loading for new products, coordinating returns, supporting quarterly CAPL analysis, managing outbound air freight, analyzing delivery KPIs, and supporting inventory planning in IDC/RDC/LDC with daily replenishment reviews and bottleneck resolution. Requires collaboration with BU/LOG, PT/LOP, and SC, as well as cross-functional communication and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business studies, Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the field of order management / customer service
- Experience in material planning (buyer) and/or production planning is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills
- Problem solving is essential
- Meticulous, result oriented, motivated
- Ability to communicate to all levels of management, and cross functionally with business partners is essential
- Be flexible to take on ad-hoc assignment or project as necessary
- Understands impact and consequences of own actions
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
