Planner

Conduct production planning for assigned products by communicating forecasts and orders to contract manufacturers, scheduling according to business priorities, and resolving constraints through cross-functional collaboration with engineering, IE, and SCM teams. Host meetings to review constraints, risks, and opportunities with the manufacturing team, and lead monthly S&OP reviews for long-term capacity planning. Track revenue and monitor demand-supply changes weekly, escalating issues to the Planning Manager, while reviewing MRP systems to generate purchase orders and update schedules. Improve OTI/OTIP metrics and provide reporting on production output.
