Job Summary
Plan material requirements and execute purchase orders for complex assemblies while balancing inventory levels with customer delivery commitments. Collaborate with Maintenance and Operations teams to review work orders, identify parts shortages, and translate maintenance needs into actionable procurement activities. Create and manage purchase orders for aircraft parts, coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery, and expedite critical shipments to minimize aircraft downtime. Maintain accurate purchasing records within ERP/MRO systems, support inventory optimization, and ensure all activities comply with FAA regulations and audit standards. Available Tuesday through Saturday with a salary range of $25.61 to $38.42.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, planning, or supply chain roles
- Experience working with ERP or MRO systems
- Strong understanding of inventory management and procurement processes
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to respond effectively under pressure, including urgent AOG situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP system
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be available to work Tuesday - Saturday
Desired Qualifications
- Aviation of MRO experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation maintenance environments (preferred)
