Job Summary
Lead monthly forecasting and order creation across bareMinerals, Laura Mercier, and BUXOM for Amazon, Buy with Prime, branded websites, and TikTok Shop. Manage stock flow from ordering through coordination with operations to ensure availability at Amazon FCs and DTC warehouses. Oversee SKU-level inventory planning to reduce out-of-stocks, balance allocation across channels to minimize lost sales, and plan coverage for peak moments like Prime Day and holiday campaigns. Monitor key KPIs including sell-through and forecast accuracy, analyze sales trends against marketing calendars, and manage aged inventory to protect margins. Serve as the inventory point of contact for DTC and Amazon teams while partnering with Finance on S&OP processes.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in planning, forecasting, or a related field
- Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central in North America
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate findings into actionable strategies
- Solid business acumen and an understanding of how planning impacts sales and growth
- Expertise in stock management and inventory planning
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and ensuring data accuracy
- Excellent communicator, clear and proactive in meetings, over email, and with cross-functional teams
- Self-starter who takes ownership, stays responsive, and drives work forward independently
Desired Qualifications
- Amazon Vendor Central experience
- Prior Shopify, TikTok Shop Seller Center and Fulfilled By TikTok (FBT) experience
- Interest in the beauty industry
