The Planner, Athlete Partnerships – Fanatics Collectibles coordinates autograph signings between athletes/celebrities and Fanatics Collectibles. Acts as liaison with talent agencies, representatives, and internal teams to procure autographs for trading card products, ensures alignment with production schedules and product deadlines, and collaborates with Project Management, Product Development, and other departments to optimize signing strategies. Responsibilities include coordinating with agents and witness representatives, leading cross-functional meetings, managing onboarding for vendors, ensuring accurate inventory receipts and expense allocations, handling contract requirements and payments, maintaining autograph agreement databases and 1099 tax information, and coordinating talent activations and relic purchases. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), experience in the sports industry or project management, strong communication, proficiency with Excel/Microsoft Office, and a passion for NBA knowledge.
