Planner 2, Production Planning

Manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment, reviewing feasibility against production capacity and material availability while prioritizing commitments. Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule to convert demand forecasts into executable plans, balancing labor and supply to maximize manufacturing efficiency. Monitor raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory levels to maintain target availability. Coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing, and Logistics to resolve order issues, handle expedite requests, and recommend corrective actions for schedule deviations. Operate within a standard 40-hour week with flexible arrangements, supported by shuttle service and a competitive compensation package including annual bonuses and health insurance.
