Job Summary
Plan and purchase precious metals according to target demand, managing PRs to support production needs and timely settlements. Provide long-term forecasts to suppliers, monitor shipments, and control inventory levels to minimize EOL and aging risks. Reconcile pool accounts, build supplier relationships, and support NPI purchase requisitions while driving cost-saving projects and alternative sourcing. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and audit requirements including SOX and ERM. Coach junior staff and compile data for supplier performance reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in electronic or manufacturing environment
- Procurement and planning related experience
- Knowledge of procurement, supply chain activities and MRP system (Material Requirement Planning)
- Good command of spoken and written English
Desired Qualifications
- Computer literacy, proficiency in Oracle, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Possess good analytical and logical thinking
- Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
- Flexible and adaptable
