Job Summary
Plan and purchase precious metal according to demand; manage and process PR to support production; provide long-term supplier forecasts; monitor shipment and delivery; manage inventory levels and monitor aging to minimize risk; prepare reports; build supplier relationships; ensure compliance with EMS, OHSMS, regulatory requirements; support SOX/IMS/BCMS audits; coach junior staff; participate in cost-saving and supplier-performance activities; support NPI purchases; contribute to ERM actions; Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years in electronics/manufacturing procurement required; strong English, Oracle/MS Office skills, and negotiation/communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in electronic or manufacturing environment
- Procurement and planning related experience
- Knowledge of procurement, supply chain activities and MRP system (Material Requirement Planning)
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Computer literacy, proficiency in Oracle, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Possess good analytical and logical thinking
- Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
- Flexible and adaptable
