Job Summary
Coordinate and maintain service on a wide variety of machines throughout the Western ND territory by performing walk-around inspections and servicing units to fulfill OEM specifications. Handle all maintenance contracts, including routine work under Komatsu Care, while demonstrating basic troubleshooting skills with minimal supervision. Travel to customer job sites in all-weather elements to complete jobs, maintain a service schedule log, and manage paperwork. Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Foreman, including assisting other branch locations as needed. Maintain a clean workplace and care for all tools and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL License
- Ability to maintain an insurable driving record
- Ability to work outside in all-weather elements
- Basic tool set
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organizational skills with ability to effectively manage multiple projects
- Must be personable, highly motivated, a problem solver, reliable, ethical, and able to adapt to all forces around them
