Job Summary
Monitor shipments in real time and ensure compliance with scheduled timelines while collaborating daily with carriers and dispatchers. Identify potential delays and proactively intervene to resolve issues, following up with carriers before, during, and after transportation events. Keep shipment information up to date in the TMS, perform required EDI audits, and track, document, and invoice accessorial charges. Process initial information related to claims involving lost, damaged, or missing freight and ensure data integrity within systems. This onsite bilingual role supports transportation operations performance, requiring strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. North American geography knowledge and AS400 familiarity are assets.

- Bilingual in French and English

Desired Qualifications
- Good knowledge of North American geography
- Practical knowledge of AS400
