Job Summary
Develop production plans based on sales forecasts and industrial capacities while balancing stock levels and service rates. Pilot manufacturing launches, coordinate activities across Production, Procurement, Methods, and Commercial teams, and lead performance steering meetings. Analyze planning performance to identify improvement levers, optimize lot sizes and production frequencies, and contribute to the evolution of planning processes and tools. Build and monitor production schedules, ensure product availability, and maintain data reliability in SAP. Generate performance indicators and recommendations to support decision-making. Located in Caen, this role requires a Bac+3 in Supply Chain or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of experience and SAP proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Formation Bac+3 Supply Chain, Logistique, Gestion de Production ou École d'Ingénieur (ou équivalent)
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience significative en planification industrielle
- Maîtrise de SAP
- Excellente maîtrise d'Excel
- Bonne compréhension des capacités industrielles et des flux de production
- Forte capacité d'analyse et d'exploitation des données
