Job Summary
Planet Partner Program Regional Manager responsible for end-to-end vendor strategy, onboarding, performance, cost optimization, contractual management (SOWs), and ensuring ecolabel compliance and financial controls within the region. Works cross-functionally with Procurement, Compliance, Finance, HP internal teams, and external vendors to deliver scalable, compliant, and cost-effective program operations. Key duties include defining regional vendor strategy, managing outsourcing of Control Tower activities, driving RFQs and renegotiations, maintaining vendor contracts, ensuring ecolabel requirements, leading savings initiatives, regional budgeting and forecasting, and reporting metrics and Balanced Scorecards to enable data-driven decisions. Skills: vendor management, contract management, RFQ processes, cost optimization, regulatory compliance, cross-functional collaboration, analytical thinking, communication, teamwork, understanding of sustainability and ecolabel programs (TCO, EPEAT); experience in process automation and digital tooling to standardize and automate operations.
Required Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Recent degree or Master’s in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; Typically 1-3 years of work experience in Supply Chain or Operations
