Job Summary
Prepare honest, accurate damage estimates by inspecting vehicles, calculating repair costs, and tracking labor and materials. Monitor repairs to ensure quality standards are met while coordinating actions within the dealership and providing exceptional customer service. For the Collision Center Paint Technician, inspect prep work, tape and mask vehicles, mix and apply paint coatings, and visually match colors to the spectrum. The Collision Center Technician diagnoses and repairs full-frame and uni-body structural damage, replaces body panels and wiring harnesses, and reinstalls interiors. All roles require clear English communication, proficiency with computer systems, and attendance at weekly department meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- Demonstrated ability to work professionally and courteously with customers
- A people-focused mindset and a passion for providing great customer service
- Proficiency with multiline phone systems and computers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- At least six months of experience in frame, metal and interior repairs on collision-damaged vehicles
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience as an estimator or in a customer service role is preferred
