Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members in, and taking tours. Calculate rates for new members, update account information, and assist the Club Manager with drawer counts. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management as needed. Maintain club cleanliness by completing daily cleaning lists, performing walk-around checks, and assisting with special projects within the first hour of your shift. Perform duties independently while supporting the team in a positive, upbeat environment. This part-time role is located at 880 Butler Street in Shaler Township, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Continual standing and walking during shift
- Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift
