Planet Fitness - Part Time CSR

Provide superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests while ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free experience. Answer phones using the information script, greet and tour new members, and log amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system, and promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment. This role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, working with cleaning chemicals, and frequent climbing or kneeling. Evening and weekend shifts available; mornings not needed. Starting pay is $11 per hour with scheduled hourly increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months.
