Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while answering phones and assisting callers with questions. Check members into the system, take tours, and sign up new members by calculating rates and monthly payments. Facilitate account updates, respond to member concerns, and elevate issues to management as needed. Assist the Club Manager with drawer counts, maintain club cleanliness by completing daily cleaning lists, and perform walk-around and bathroom checks. Handle front desk activities and other duties based on club needs.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve
- Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behaviour and language
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift
