Job Summary
Overnight Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness in Pittsburg, CA. Responsible for creating a positive member experience through front-desk duties, greeting members and guests, answering phones, checking members in, showing tours to prospective members, signing up new members with rate calculations, and handling monthly payments. Includes assisting with account updates, maintaining club cleanliness, completing daily tasks within the first hour, and supporting Club/Assistant Managers as needed. Requires strong customer service skills, basic computer proficiency, reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude aligned with the Judgement Free Zone culture.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- 18 years of age or older
