Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members in, and taking tours. Calculate rates for new members, update accounts, and assist the Club Manager with drawer counts and cleaning tasks. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management as needed. Maintain club cleanliness by completing daily cleaning lists, conducting walk-around checks, and assisting with special projects within the first hour of your shift.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve
- Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift
