Job Summary
Planet Fitness is hiring an Overnight Member Services Representative for a part-time role in Atlantic Beach, FL. You will greet members and guests, check members into the system, sign up new members and calculate rates, handle front desk duties and phone inquiries, conduct tours, assist the Club Manager with drawer counts, update member accounts, maintain the club’s cleanliness, and support daily club operations. The role requires a High School diploma/GED, 18+ years old, basic computer skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, with a customer-service-focused mindset within a fitness-club environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Punctuality and reliability are a must.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations.
