Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while answering phones and assisting callers with various questions. Check members into the system, take tours, and sign up new members by calculating rates and monthly payments. Facilitate account updates and respond to member concerns, escalating issues to managers as needed. Assist the Club Manager with drawer counts and complete daily cleaning tasks, including priority lists, walk-around checks, and bathroom inspections. Maintain club neatness and perform special cleaning projects within the first hour of your shift. Other duties are assigned based on club needs. This role supports the Judgement Free Zone® mission at a Planet Fitness location in Decatur, AL.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift
