Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members in, taking tours, and processing new member sign-ups and payments. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management as needed, and assist the Club Manager with drawer counts. Facilitate account updates and maintain club cleanliness by completing daily cleaning lists, walk-around checks, and bathroom inspections within the first hour of your shift. Perform other duties as assigned based on club needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

- Customer service background preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health
- Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member's expectations
