Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while answering phones and assisting callers with questions. Check members into the system, take tours, and sign up new members by calculating rates and monthly payments. Facilitate account updates and respond to member concerns, elevating issues to managers as needed. Assist the Club Manager with drawer counts and complete daily cleaning tasks, including priority lists, walk-around checks, and special projects. Maintain club neatness and cleanliness within the first hour of your shift. Perform duties based on club needs while demonstrating a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

- Customer service background preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health
- Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member's expectations
