Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members into the system, and taking tours. Sign up new members by calculating rates and monthly payments, and facilitate account updates while responding to member questions or elevating concerns to management. Assist the Club Manager with drawer counts and maintain club cleanliness by completing daily cleaning lists, walk-around checks, and bathroom inspections within the first hour of your shift. Perform other duties as needed based on club requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift

- Customer service background preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health
- Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member's expectations
