Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members into the system, and taking tours. Calculate rates for new members, update accounts, and assist the Club Manager with drawer counts and cleaning tasks. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management as needed. Maintain club cleanliness by completing daily cleaning lists, walk-around checks, and special projects within the first hour of your shift.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Continual standing and walking during shift
- Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift
