Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while managing front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members into the system, and conducting tours. Facilitate account updates, calculate rates for new sign-ups, and assist the Club Manager with drawer counts. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management as needed. Maintain club cleanliness by completing daily cleaning lists, performing walk-around checks, and assisting with special projects.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Continual standing and walking during shift
- Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift
- Location: Huntsville (South Huntsville), AL
