Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests to deliver exceptional customer service at the Planet Fitness club in San Bernardino. Responsibilities include handling front desk activities (phone inquiries, sign-ups, member check-ins, tours, and account updates), assisting with cash handling and monthly payments, and supporting club management. Maintain club cleanliness, perform daily tasks early in the shift, and assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Requires 18+ years old, High School diploma/GED, basic computer skills, reliability, and a positive, teamwork-oriented attitude within a fitness-focused environment.
