Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while answering phones and checking members into the system. Take prospective members on tours, sign up new members by calculating rates and monthly payments, and facilitate updates to member accounts. Handle front desk activities including assisting callers with questions and responding to member concerns professionally. Assist the Club Manager in counting drawers, maintaining club cleanliness, and completing daily cleaning lists and walk-around checks. Elevate escalated member issues to Assistant or Club Managers as needed. Complete all assigned tasks within the first hour of your shift.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Continual standing and walking during shift
- Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift
