Job Summary
Provide superior member-focused service at the Planet Fitness front desk: greet members, prospective members and guests; handle check-ins and tours; sign up new members and explain rates and monthly payments; assist the Club Manager with cash handling and drawer counts; update member accounts; respond promptly to questions; maintain club cleanliness and complete daily tasks and any special cleaning projects as needed; collaborate with team to support a welcoming, Judgement Free Zone experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency.
