Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members into the system, taking tours, and signing up new members with rate calculations. Facilitate account updates, respond to member questions and concerns by elevating issues to management as needed, and assist the Club Manager with drawer counts. Maintain club cleanliness by completing daily tasks within the first hour of your shift, including priority cleaning lists, walk-around checks, and bathroom inspections. Perform other duties as assigned based on club needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift

- Customer service background preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
