Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while answering phones and assisting callers with questions. Check members into the system, conduct tours, and sign up new members by calculating rates and monthly payments. Facilitate account updates and respond to member concerns, escalating issues to management as needed. Assist the Club Manager with drawer counts and complete daily cleaning tasks, including priority lists, walk-around checks, and special projects. Maintain club neatness and cleanliness within the first hour of your shift. Complete all assigned duties and other responsibilities based on club needs.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older", "High School diploma/GED equivalent", "Punctuality and reliability", "Ability to work independently as well as part of a team", "Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
