Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while managing front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members into the system, and conducting tours for new sign-ups. Calculate rates and monthly payments for new members, facilitate account updates, and respond to member questions or concerns by escalating to management as needed. Assist the Club Manager with drawer counts and maintain club cleanliness by completing daily cleaning lists, walk-around checks, and bathroom inspections within the first hour of your shift. Perform other duties based on club needs while demonstrating punctuality and reliability. This role supports the Judgement Free Zone mission within a rapidly growing franchise network.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Continual standing and walking during shift
- Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift
