Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while managing front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members in, and taking tours. Facilitate account updates, calculate rates for new sign-ups, and assist the Club Manager with drawer counts and cleaning tasks including walk-around checks and priority lists. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management as needed. Maintain club neatness by completing daily assignments within the first hour of your shift.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Continual standing and walking during shift
- Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift
