Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members into the system, and taking tours. Calculate rates and monthly payments for new members, update account information, and respond to member questions or concerns by escalating to management as needed. Assist the Club Manager with drawer counts, maintain club cleanliness by completing daily cleaning lists and walk-around checks, and perform special projects within the first hour of your shift. This part-time role is located in Bulverde, TX, with a pay range of $10.50 - $10.75.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve
- Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift
