Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while answering phones and assisting callers with questions. Check members into the system, take tours, and sign up new members by calculating rates and monthly payments. Facilitate account updates, respond to member concerns, and elevate issues to management as needed. Assist the Club Manager with drawer counts, complete daily cleaning tasks including priority lists and walk-around checks, and maintain club neatness. Handle all front desk activities within the first hour of your shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift

- Customer service background preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health
- Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member's expectations
