Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members in, and taking tours. Calculate rates and monthly payments for new sign-ups, facilitate account updates, and respond to member questions or concerns by escalating to management as needed. Assist the Club Manager with drawer counts, maintain club cleanliness by completing daily cleaning lists and walk-around checks, and perform special cleaning projects. Work independently with strong listening skills and a positive attitude in a welcoming environment. Note: This is a part-time position with a competitive hourly rate.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve
- Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift
