Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while answering phones and checking members into the system. Handle front desk activities including taking tours, signing up new members, calculating rates, and updating accounts. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management as needed. Assist the Club Manager with drawer counts and maintain club cleanliness by completing daily cleaning lists, walk-around checks, and bathroom inspections within the first hour of your shift. Perform other duties based on club needs. This role supports the Judgement Free Zone mission at a Planet Fitness club in Nashville, TN, operated by Taymax Group.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift
