Job Summary
Oversee gym operations at the Redwood City Planet Fitness location, leading a team of Assistant Managers, Member Service Representatives, Trainers, and Custodians to deliver a exceptional member experience and financial performance. Responsibilities include staffing and development, front-desk leadership, payroll processing, customer service excellence, facility maintenance, safety, marketing promotions execution, budgeting and expenditures, HR forms, and performance tracking. Requires hands-on involvement in front-desk duties, staff coaching, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to the Judgement Free Zone brand while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of management experience preferred
- valid driver's license
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- strong leadership and coaching skills
