Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while providing exceptional customer service. Answer phones, check members into the system, and handle new member sign-ups and account updates. Take prospects on tours and respond to member questions or concerns, elevating issues to Assistant Managers or Managers as needed. Assist in maintaining club cleanliness. This role requires continual standing, walking, and talking, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and exposure to toxic chemicals. A high school diploma, basic computer proficiency, and a passion for fitness are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability is a must
- Must be able to occassionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift
